We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out of our warehouses within 1-3 business days. Please note: sometimes items will ship from different warehouses so you may receive multiple packages.  We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the size of your order.  If you need expedited shipping, there is an additional charge and you must contact us to arrange.  Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. We recommend taking advantage of the shipping insurance offered to you during checkout to insure your package. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for anything that happens to it in transit. 

  • $8 Shipping for orders under $100
  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 (subtotal amount before shipping, taxes and after applied discounts)
  • You can order online and choose ‘Local Pick Up’ and pick up your items from our Middletown, Delaware location. If you choose local pick up and your order is not picked up within 1 moth, we will donate the items.
  • During our discount sales, we do not offer free shipping. All sales are final

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL!

We offer online store credit only within 14 days from the date you receive your order.  We do not offer refunds. All Sale Items, Grab Bags, Seasonal Items & Food Items are always FINAL SALE.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the original shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.

If you receive a damaged item:

You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and picture(s) of the damage to accessorizewithleila@gmail.com . We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. We do not guarantee jewelry, pilling, items shrinking, etc. No exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 14 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.

For Returns (store credit):

  • Log into your account
  • Locate the order # for the item you want to return
  • Click “Create A Return” which is located in the footer of our website or you can start your return by CLICKING HERE
  • Enter email and order #, follow the instructions

You will need to return at your own expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within the 14 day period. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time. Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost for us to ship the package back to you.  We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.

No exchanges or store credit on "sale" or “grab bag” items. These items are "final sale" and are not eligible for return or credit.

**Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit that will be sent to your email address. You will apply that code at checkout and it will deduct your store credit from your total. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. 

**In order to keep our inventory counts correct, we are unable to process exchange requests. We will only issue store credit.

**If you return an item that was rejected, we will notify you.  You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to you.  After 30 days, if arrangements haven't been made, we will donate the item.
